1:00 AM, August 16, Emman’s body surrendered and gave up.With this news, Jon Gutierrez, the owner of the JoLai YouTube Channel made a video react on the different videos made together with Emman, and he promised that all the proceeds that will be earned from this video will be directly given to Emman’s family to pay for his hospital bills because he received a message that to take Emman’s remains the family still needs to pay for two million pesos.
Jon Gutierrez admitted that the news has not sink in yet, and still in shocked of this news. Truth be told, a passing of a dear friend would really put you on the state of denial, because accepting this reality can really be hard. Jon recalled how he and Emman has started to create videos not being totally serious about it at first, wherein they just want to have fun, and make videos.
And he was happy, that when they finally pour their heart to what they are doing, the both witnessed how they have escalated from the bottom list and now they are making it on top. But nothing is permanent in this world, and so as life. He mentioned how they first met in 2015, thus seeing their first video made together.
He admitted how silly they look, yet each video brings back good memories he had with Emman, and how he and other vloggers were able to do some videos together too, while he can’t help but get emotional as well. And as of this writing the video already earned more than 1.7 million views.
