Andi Eigenmann, sobrang laki ng pasasalamat sa mga taga probinsya ng Siargao dahil sa natatamasa nyang kasiyahan ngayon

Mula nang magkaroon ng simpleng buhay si Andi Eigenman sa Isla ng Siargao, marami ang humanga at bumilib sa kanya lalo na at nakikita ang joy at contentment sa kanya.

Pero, hindi lang naman ang kanyang pamilya, ang view o ang isla ang nagpapasaya sa kanya. Bukod sa mga ito ay kasama sa mga ipinagpapasalamat ni Andi ang mga locals o mga taong nakatira sa isla.

Talagang napalapit si Andi sa mga locals dahil habang tumatagal ay nalalaman na niya ang kanilang mga kwento. Kaya hindi nakapagtataka na ang iba ay naging kaibigan, barkada at kumpare o kumare pa nya.

“They don’t only make me feel safe in the water, but were the ones that have opened my eyes to the beauty of the island well. They made me realise how living simply can do so much to make a person truly happy. These people, to me, are family,” paglalahad pa ni Andi.

Thank you @marjaabadgirl and @katarinarodri for your wonderful words. Now I am inspired to write my own! Everyone knows that my love for the island would not have been the same if not for the locals who have shared their home to me and Ellie, and have shown us both so much love, care and respect. I have been eager to learn to speak their dialect, eat their delicious food and live like the nature loving islander that I am because of the respect I have I have for them and the island. As a tourist, and a surfing enthusiast (lol) it was the surf instructors (now proudly, my friends and kumpares and komares and my besh’s!) that first made it known to me how lovely the people of Siargao are. They don’t only make me feel safe in the water, but were the ones that have opened my eyes to the beauty of the island well. They made me realise how living simply can do so much to make a person truly happy. These people, to me, are family. All thanks to my mahal @chepoxz, most especially. Who is the kindest most caring person I know. He didn’t have a lot the time we met, but he gave me and shared with me everything of him. That to me, is priceless. i know that I wouldn’t have the life I have now if not for all of them. So I only hope that all of those who pay a visit, or who have chosen to move to the island just like I did, would also be mindful of not only taking care of their beloved paradise but also show constant kindness and respect to them as well. #RESPECTTHELOCALS

Siyempre, hindi rin naman magiging posible na makilala niya ang mga ito kung hindi dahil sa kanyang partner na si Philmar. Siya ang naging tulay para maranasan ni Andi ang sayang itong nakita niya sa isla.
