Recently, this call center agent captured the attention of many netizens because of his bold and prank statement about his resignation.
The netizen was known as Aian Tiong Arroz according to his social media account. On his statement, he informed his employer that he will be resigning from work despite the fact that he enjoys it and he is still happy with his job. But because of the things he experienced at work, he couldn’t really stand all the stress he had experienced.
Some of those bad experiences were the unpaid overtime of his company, their workplace doesn’t have a “bidet” in their comfort rooms. He even mentioned the language barrier among his co-workers, they are also making a lot of issues and allegations about him which really pisses him off.
He even added that the foods on their canteen were way too expensive and the people working there were very unpleasant and unprofessional. Of course, a lot of netizens agreed with him and some of them get inspired to do the same when they file their resignation with their respective companies. As of this writing, the viral post already had more than 20,000 shares, 24,000 likes, and 6,000 comments.
No wonder that a lot of Filipino employees reacted on the viral post because there had been a lot of negative experiences when it comes to the workplace and employers should be able to address that for them to be able to keep their amazing employees rather than losing them.
